This course provides comprehensive airside safety awareness for personnel working in or around the airside environment. It covers the safe movement of vehicles and equipment, foreign object debris (FOD) awareness and prevention, hazard identification, emergency procedures, and the responsibilities of airside personnel in maintaining a safe working environment. The course is produced in accordance with EASA and UK CAA requirements applicable to ground operations safety, and is suitable for all personnel requiring airside safety training as part of their role within a Part 145 approved maintenance organisation or ground handling operation.
