It covers the principles and components of an SMS, including safety policy, risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion, as well as the roles and responsibilities required to establish and maintain an effective safety culture within an organisation. The course is produced in accordance with EASA GM1 145.A.30(e) and GM2 CAMO.A.305(g) and is applicable to managers, post-holders, quality personnel, and all staff within Part 145 approved organisations.
