  1. About Us

AeroLearning is an online aviation training platform operated by AeroLearn Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17145422, with its registered office at 42 Woodlands Park, Girton, Cambridge, CB3 0QB.

References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms and Conditions refer to AeroLearn Ltd. References to “you” or “your” refer to the individual purchasing or using our courses.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AeroLearning platform, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at www.aerolearning.co.uk. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course on AeroLearning. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Courses are sold to individuals only. Corporate or bulk purchasing is not available at this time.

  1. Accounts

To access purchased courses, you must create an account on the AeroLearning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including your full legal name. This information will appear on your certificate of completion, and AeroLearning accepts no liability for errors arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account or complete courses on your behalf. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination and cancellation of any associated certificates without refund.

  1. Courses and Content

All courses on AeroLearning are produced in accordance with applicable EASA and UK CAA regulatory requirements. Course content is reviewed periodically to ensure continued regulatory alignment, however it is your responsibility to ensure the training you undertake meets the specific requirements of your organisation and competent authority.

AeroLearning does not hold Part 147 approval. Certificates issued by AeroLearning are issued on the basis of self-declared completion and are not issued under a regulatory organisation approval. It is the responsibility of the purchasing individual and their employing organisation to determine whether our certificates are acceptable as evidence of training for their specific regulatory purposes.

Course content, materials, and certificates are provided for your personal use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise make available any course content or materials to any third party.

  1. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, access to the course will expire and you will need to repurchase if you wish to complete it.

We recommend completing your course within the 90-day access period. No extensions will be granted except at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Access is granted to your registered account only. Courses are not transferable to another account or individual.

You may retake the course assessment an unlimited number of times within the 90-day access period.

We endeavour to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT. AeroLearn Ltd is not currently VAT registered and no VAT is charged on purchases.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. AeroLearning does not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

  1. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase you expressly request that we provide immediate access to the digital course content, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived from the moment access to the course is granted.

Once course access has been provided, no refund will be issued except where:

A technical fault on our part has prevented you from accessing the course The course content contains a material error that renders it unfit for its stated purpose

Refund requests on the above grounds must be submitted to admin@aerolearning.co.uk within 7 days of the issue arising. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

  1. Certificates

Upon successfully passing the course assessment, a digital certificate of completion will be generated and made available for download from your account. The certificate will display your full name as registered on your account, the course title, and the date of completion.

Certificates are issued as evidence of online course completion only. AeroLearning does not warrant that certificates will be accepted by any particular organisation, employer, or competent authority as satisfying any specific regulatory training requirement. It is your responsibility to confirm acceptability with the relevant parties before purchase.

You must not alter, forge, or misrepresent any certificate issued by AeroLearning. Any such action may constitute fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the AeroLearning platform, including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, logos, images, and certificates, is the intellectual property of AeroLearn Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course content for your personal training purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroLearn Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or course content, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment, regulatory non-compliance, or reliance on certificate content.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
