Safety Training & Human Factors — Refresher

This course provides combined refresher training in Safety Training and Human Factors for aviation maintenance personnel who have previously completed initial training. It refreshes knowledge of Safety Management Systems, risk management, safety culture, Human Factors principles, error management, and human performance to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements. The course is produced in accordance with EASA GM1 145.A.30(e) and GM2 CAMO.A.305(g) and is applicable to all personnel within Part 145 approved organisations requiring periodic continuation training.
