This course provides initial Human Factors training covering the principles of human performance and limitations in the aviation maintenance environment. It addresses error models and theory, decision making, teamwork and leadership, communication, organisational culture, and the impact of fatigue and stress on maintenance safety. The course is produced in accordance with EASA GM1 145.A.30(e) and GM2 CAMO.A.305(g) and is suitable for all certifying staff, mechanics, planners, engineers, and quality personnel within Part 145 approved organisations who already hold a current Safety Training certificate.
