Stripe — payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment details are processed directly by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

We do not use third-party analytics services. We do not use any advertising or marketing platforms.

Account data — retained for 5 years from your last login or last purchase, whichever is later Purchase and transaction data — retained for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with standard accounting and legal record-keeping requirements Course activity and certificate data — retained for 5 years from the date of course completion Technical/log data — retained for 12 months
After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Your Rights below), subject to any legal obligation we have to retain certain records.
