Purchase and transaction data: Course(s) purchased Date and time of purchase Payment confirmation reference (we do not store card details — these are processed by Stripe)

Course activity data: Course enrolment and progress Quiz attempts and results Course completion date Certificates issued

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes and we do not send marketing emails. We do not sell your data to any third party.

We share your data with the following third parties only where necessary to provide our service:

Stripe — payment processing. When you make a purchase, your payment details are processed directly by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

GoDaddy — website hosting. Our platform is hosted on GoDaddy’s servers. GoDaddy’s privacy policy is available at godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy.

WooCommerce / Automattic — e-commerce platform software. WooCommerce’s privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy.

We do not use third-party analytics services. We do not use any advertising or marketing platforms.

  1. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

Account data — retained for 5 years from your last login or last purchase, whichever is later Purchase and transaction data — retained for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with standard accounting and legal record-keeping requirements Course activity and certificate data — retained for 5 years from the date of course completion Technical/log data — retained for 12 months

After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Your Rights below), subject to any legal obligation we have to retain certain records.

Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
